( I told my boss off on Thursday and almost quit!! That's sooooo not like me. )
Just wondering if its just me?

Chrissy,
I had surgery on 1/12 and I have been able to eat salad w/o any problem. My doc said to just try everything and chew it well. I have not eaten any bread . I have had a tiny amount of pasta(like 2 small bites) and the same with rice. No cookies or sweets.
I really haven't missed anything yet.
Good luck with the lettuce! It will taste yummy!

I don't know! I am afraid to start! I am afraid that if I do something different it will come to a halt. I also am afraid if I don't start this flab will never tighten up!
I promise... I will start to at least walk. I also have a free week at Snap Fitness. So I think I will take advantage ot it. It is FREE!

Amanda,
Thanks for the reply, I know that I shouldn't compare myself to others. But it is really hard not to.... I am blessed that I have a great support "team" that are always making me feel good about my progress.. One day I will figure out how to add pics and post them. I see the biggest difference in my face and upper torso.

Sooner,
I have deciede to try salad this weekend, I am hoping it all goes well because I would love to eat them again. I can't eat tuna at all, either dry or mixed my pouch doesn't like it at all. So, I am hoping the same isn't true for salads.
Keep up the great work!!
Chrissy

Thanks kid-o
I debated weather or not i should of posted that. PLEASE don't compare yourself to ANYONE. There are people on here that had the same surgery as me and on the same day that are doing WAYYYYY better then me.
Before surgery i was evenly fat. By that i mean i didn't have just one body part that was bigger or was a trouble spot. I'm not losing evenly...so now i DO have "trouble spots".
(My arms are really bad)
I hit a plateau early on was soooo depressed. I don't feel like i am losing as fast as i should be and i don't feel very excited about the new size i am in. Its just a pair of jeans and its just a number. Kinda sad...i thought i would be more excited or something?
Anyway...you keep up the good work...hang in there and as hard as it is try not to compare yourself to anyone. You will get there and i cant wait to see your pictures!!!
