Just one more day! I am so excited and very ready to have it all over with.  Onwards towards my journey to health and fitness!!!!  Thanks to everyone for their support and comments.  It definitely helps to know you are not alone in this, especially when everyone else around us seems to be eating all those goodies we want/crave. 

As of this morning I am down 21 pounds from my highest weight.  Yeah!!!!

We ALL can do this and I wish much happiness for those about to embark on the journey.  Hang in there because it all starts looking up - even though the liquid part is hard - we just have to keep in mind the end goal and our initial reason for making the choice to have surgery.
