thx ..i have a lil head cold it is almost gone to ...so i hope it will stay that way...i have a headache tho...but i think its more from doing this diet.....so i hope this goes this cold goes away.....and i hope i don't get another cold cause it is extremely cold here in Germany...it's the coldest winter in Germany since 100 years....its like -35 c here.....i don't know how much it is in degrees but its bad...

 i been having a headache also and i got a cold.....so i know how u feel....i don't know why stuff like this always happens right before something important...but we will get Thur it...good luck on ur surgery ill keep u in my prayers....

Hello! I just ate a piece of cheese pizza! My surgery is Monday too! I went for my weigh in for Medifast and saw the surgeon Tuesday and he said that I was all set for Monday! That's all I needed to hear! I've lost 11lbs and will do the shakes until Saturday then Sunday it says to do a liquid diet(or Medifast Dr.said) but I am sooo looking forward to the liquid diet for something other then the shakes!

PS. The pizza was not my only cheat.

What time are you having surgery on Monday?
