I have really only stalled for about 2 weeks to date. I only weigh myself once  a week and don't weigh the week of my monthly "visitor".  For me my typical consists of:

B- small yogurt or half of an english muffin (can't always finish)
S- jerky or a few fat free wheat thins
l- salad or baked beans w/protein added and fat free cheese
d- varies (pulled pork, chicken, sea food) this tends to be my smallest meal.  I have found that I eat the most at lunch.

drink about 64 ounces of liquid a day and to get about 80  grams of protein in daily.  I really should exercise more, I walk around our office building a lot and tend to walk quickly.  Plus I am usually in 3 inch heels so that can be a work out.

Remember that everyone is different and our bodies will loose weight differently.  If you aren't already taking measurement I would start.  I am more amazed at the inches then the pounds sometimes.

You can do this, just use your tool correctly and no to very little cheating

I only lose about 1 week a month.  I spend most of my time stagnating.  There really isn't anything we can do.  We have to wait it out.  I know it's hard.  I want to cry when the scale doesn't move too.  I'm trying to tell myself that my life is not defined by a number on a scale.

Sorry, i'm not helpful, but know that you are not alone!

I'm with you.  I get to buy a bating suit that I will finally feel good in.  I am soooo looking forward to summer.  I can't wait.  We have a membership at a campground and it has a pool.  This year we will be spending LOTS of time there.  I won't have to feel like a beached whale.

My hair is falling out by the handful also! It has alot to do with the protein and I have been really bad with my protein. I do try to eat foods high in protein but I guess it hasn't been enough. I am taking biotin but its only helped with my facial hair & oh ya and new hair on my back. lol. (I hope it comes back soon the hair on my head that is) so don't feel too bad I'm there with you and I had my surgery on the 27th of Jan.

Topic: RE: PMS worse?
It's not just you.  Fat cells hold a lot of estrogen.  As we are getting rid of them, the estrogen is being released into our systems.  We are crankier especially when our bodies are doing their normal estrogen time!

Good luck all!  I always gain weight on my period which doesn't help my heightened PMS.  (And lucky me, it's this week!)  :(
