I guess I'm not as nervous as I think I am. I am excited and can't wait to be on the other side. I have been thinking about writing letters. I know a lot of people write letters to their loved ones just in case something happens to them. But then I wonder if writing them means that I think something bad is going to happen. I would want my kids and hubby to know how much I love them etc, but writing it seems kind of morbid. What do you guys think? I've been thinking about it for a few days now.

Welcome home and welcome to the losers bench. Sounds like you are doing great and everything you are experiencing sounds normal to me.
I had a couple of questions and called the surgeon's office and they reminded me that all the surgical areas are swollen so gas traps and the pouch doesn't always empty right away. So each and every day has gotten better for me and I hope it does the same for you.

well its not too far off and its good they found the prob ahead of time and are going to correct it...now make sure you take the iron pills or whatever they have you doing so you can run to this losers bench....
