I need help
I only lose about 1 week a month. I spend most of my time stagnating. There really isn't anything we can do. We have to wait it out. I know it's hard. I want to cry when the scale doesn't move too. I'm trying to tell myself that my life is not defined by a number on a scale.
Sorry, i'm not helpful, but know that you are not alone!

I have really only stalled for about 2 weeks to date. I only weigh myself once a week and don't weigh the week of my monthly "visitor". For me my typical consists of:
B- small yogurt or half of an english muffin (can't always finish)
S- jerky or a few fat free wheat thins
l- salad or baked beans w/protein added and fat free cheese
d- varies (pulled pork, chicken, sea food) this tends to be my smallest meal. I have found that I eat the most at lunch.
drink about 64 ounces of liquid a day and to get about 80 grams of protein in daily. I really should exercise more, I walk around our office building a lot and tend to walk quickly. Plus I am usually in 3 inch heels so that can be a work out.
Remember that everyone is different and our bodies will loose weight differently. If you aren't already taking measurement I would start. I am more amazed at the inches then the pounds sometimes.
You can do this, just use your tool correctly and no to very little cheating

Don't kill yourself about this stall it happens to the best of us. Just look at it this way you got your foot in the door by having the surgery now you have the time you need to lose the weight. Anyways you want the weight to come off slowly that way your body adjusts. I am and have been in a stall for about 2 months now. I'm almost 4 months out and have lost only about 30 pounds. I know that's nothing compared to others but every person is different.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I know how you feel. Although I have been losing here and there, it's still not as much as my surgeon or I want. I've upped the exercise, liquids and protein this week and only 1lb. What is keeping me going, I take my measurements monthly. This month, I took the tape and put it to the size I was in January and realized I have come a long way when I see all that space in between the tape and my body. Don't give up. I keep hearing the weight will come off if we just keep it up :)
