Iron ....
I wonder what we are suppose to be taking too. I had low iron all my life, was only on supplements while I was pregnant. I am going to ask my doctor when I go in for my check-up on Wednesday. They said my labs 2 weeks ago were great, so hopefully Wednesday he can give me more answers on this iron stuff ;)
My bottle (which I bought at my local health food store) says to take one tablet and each tablet it 26 milligrams. Also, take your iron 2 hrs after or before you take your calcium because they interfere with each other. When you take your iron it's good to take it with vitamin C because that helps your body absorb it better. :O)
