Weight Ticker?? How

OK, so I am guessing that I am just not that smart because I can't figure out how to add a weight ticker to my post.  Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Click on my ticker ... go and make your own on that site.  At the end when you are all done making it, use the code and put it in your signature.  That is all I did and it works!  Use the [IMG] code ... I think that's the one.  Good luck!

I had to click on the actual ticker and copy and paste it into my signature.  Good luck!
