You only have 9 more days till you get your first fill adjustment. Are you eating regular foods now? Even if your still in the puree stage or your just grinding up your meats real good make sure your getting all your proteins in. The protein packed foods will make you feel full longer. I found that for me, following more of a diet on the lines of the Atkins seems to keep me feeling fuller. Even with having RNY, if I eat things like yogurt and protein shakes, they don't seem to keep me feeling full very long. I try to eat more meats (chicken, beef, fish etc. ) which make me feel full much longer.
What about exercise? Have you been doing any type of exercise regiment? Even if it is just walking it helps to get the body going. I try to do at least 40 minutes to one hour on the treadmill every day. Since I live in PA and the weather sucks, it's hard to get outside and do much, but once the weather warms up, I know it will get better. I really enjoy workign outside around the house. Another great form of exercise is swimming. I can't wait until the weather breaks and I can get the pool opened up. Is there any gyms or YMCA's near you with a pool? Swimming is a great low impact form of exercise. It really helped me this past summer to lose some weight.
Have you done any measurements? If not, you should. You may not be losing a lot of weight but you may have lost inches. Sometimes I think people get so obsessed with the weight end of it they don't realize that they are losing inches.
It sounds like your body chemistry is soooooo much like mine. I've hit plateaus over the past 3 weeks and it irritates me but on the other hand I can tell that I lost a little inch wise. I try not to get too obsessed with only the weight loss end of it, although I know it's hard not to.
Only 9 more days to go and I think you will see a difference once you have your first fill.

I'm losing in spurts.....
I actually started working out at the YMCA.
It didn't kill me and i actually felt pretty good when i was done.
I saw my surgeon in Sept. and was 307.
Yesterday i weighed at home and i was 248.
For being six weeks out and not really following any of his insturctiuons/directions i guess I am doing OK. When i saw him for my six week check up he got on me about not getting in enough protein, exercise, the right types of vitamins and not taking better care of myself. ( I'm working ridiculous amounts of hours and not sleeping or eating right.) I broke down and cried and said how this was much harder then i thought it was going to be and i was doing it all wrong and i was going to mess this up like i have everything else in the past. He hugged me and said i was doing OK and it just takes time and to really get selfish and start putting myself first!!!
Hes an awesome doctor and i am lucky to have him and his staff!!
The weight has got to come off one way or another, sooner or later.
Hang in there kid-o.
