Protein Bars
I got desperate for protein...so i started mine about a week ago. ( i had Lap RNY on Jan. 19Th)
Its called "ProtienBar" (23grams of protein) and i get the vanilla yogurt one. I ate them b4 surgery and that's about the only thing that has not changed flavor for me. I DID NOT ask if i could start eating them I am suppose to be on purred food still. It takes me a while to eat it. Sometimes i eat 1/2 and then a few hours later ill eat the rest.
Just make sure you CHEW CHEW CHEW.
Take LITTLE bites!!!
