I know you've probably heard this a million times, but walk! It really does help. I had my gallbladder removed in October and it really does work. I also took gas-x.

I can do all things!

Francine,

Welcome home and I am so glad you're doing well.  Walk, walk, walk, and after you rest, do it some more.  The gas will leave I promise you.  The Gas-X strips might help to but the walking and drinking of water really helped me.

OMG, the gas sucks doesn't it!?  I have been walking and that seems to help a little.  So glad you are home and in recovery mode!  Hang in there!
