Day 4 - still a balloon!

Hi all:
Update - I am still extremely bloated on Day 4 after surgery.  I am adding Benefiber to my drinks tonight and tomorrow.  Walking doesn't seem to help, rather in my case two things are helping:

Lying down (which moves the gas down instead of up), and using my abdominal muscles more since they are less sore than 2 days ago when I was sore from moving around awkwardly and trying not to strain my incisions.

So - We'll see!.  I saw another post that said it took 2 weeks for the bloating to go away.

Hi Emily:  I took about 8 (the max) strips a day but still no gas leaving, so on Day 6 I am still bloated.  However, the Benefiber at least is helping move my system.  The bloating pain is now in my shoulders.  Argghh.
