Surgery Jan 26th! !ANXIETY!

I have really bad anxiety in genral, & get panic attacks. Any advice?

My surgery is on Jan 27.  I understand you anxiety.  A little is ok, a full blown panic attack is not.  do you have antianxiety meds?  If not, breathe, sip tea, think about the reasons why you made this decision.  Look at positive posts on this website and how happy people are afterwards.  God will take care of you.

I have problems with anxiety and I do have a prescription that helps.  Boy, I'm glad I've had them these past few days.  I've been very nervous about my surgery on 1/20. I keep telling myself that I will not change my decision based on fear.  So far, that's all I think it is.  I talk to supportive friends and family.  I get on this site and realize I'm not alone.  The most important thing for me is to have faith and to turn this over to god - a higher power - to whatever works for you.
