happy surgiversary!

To all of us that had surgery on January 8th.  We have come a long way. I can't believe it has been a year since my surgery and all the weight loss that I have had. I still have a long way to go to be "normal" but at least I am on the road to success.

Good luck to you all that are having or are planning on having the surgery. I wish you guys all the best. 

Congratulations - 131 lbs lost in a year!  That is fantastic!  I was just banded on Tuesday.  This time next year I hope to do so well!
