Hello...............

Hi everyone! Just wanted to say good luck to everyone on their journey this month. My surgery will be Jan 12, 2009 and I very nervous and excited. I have been preparing myself mentally, and trying the get my home in order. I still have to get a few things but overall I'm ready to start this incredible journey. I will keep everyone of you in my prayers!!!!!!!

Hi there, congrats on your surgery date, you'll be right behind me, but we're all gonna get through this together.

I have to go purchase a couple more things but I think I am good to go.

Welcome and join the nervous club. LOL I having been getting my house in order as well. I try to distract myself as much as possible but I'm always thinking about it. I will be praying for you too. Best wishes.

I wish you luck I am hoping the surgeon can give me a date for the end of Jan.  I have the cardiologist and pre-op this week and all the results will be in.  The the letter to BCBS which I have already confirmed they will do the surgery for medical necessity. 

I am told by the surgeon they are not book alto the last week because the surgeon has been off so I am crossing my fingers to see if it will be in Jan or Feb.

Welocme!  I'm nervous and excited as well- just trying to stay busy. I think that I have just about everything done, other than the last few loads of laundry that I don't want sitting around until I'm able to get dowstairs again to do it. I am so ready to get this done and to get on with my life.
