Day 6 !!

Starting to feel great on day 6 of my pre-op diet. I haven't cheated and have stuck to everything I wanted to !! It does get easier !! I have lost 5 lbs almost a pound a day !! How is everyone else doing on thier pre-op diet ? Also check me out on YouTube Jewlo1324 and Subscribe to my videos !! I"m making WLS Videos to track my progress !!

Glad it is getting easier for you. I am doing really good on my low carb diet too. I will check the videos out when I have more time.

WAY TO GO GIRL.. That is awesome.. I am so glad you are doing better, and that it is getting easier for you... Keep up the good work.

I don't have a pre-op diet other than the 1000 cal diet I am on, but I am doing good..

Hello fellow pre-ops,
OMG! I am on day 2 of Medifast. The shakes suck! I am supposed to get 5 in a day! Yesterday  I was only able to get 3 in. I have a headache and I want food! What if we go out for New YEars dinner??
OK, enough whining!
Do you know some people don't have to do any pre-op diet?? I am a lightweight and I am one of the unlucky ones that has to just have shakes.
Sorry more whining....

I wish I didn't have to do a pre-op diet !! UGH.. It's about 1:30 p.m and I am starting to get a headache. I just had some Veggie Broth and I about well you know... I am doing great though. I think I am going to stick to Beef Broth seems to have the most flavor !! ONLY 9 more days to go and I will be on the losers bench !!

I feel guilty posting that I don't have to do a pre-op diet. In a way, I wish that my surgeon required it. Just think, you guys are already losing weight and are ahead of the game! I could have put myself on a liquid diet for a week, of course... I had good intentions, but I didn't. I've been drinking 3 protein shakes a day and eating 1 low carb meal and fruit each day. At least it's something.
