6 more days to go!

Well Im back to were I was when I found out I have been given a surgery date.I don't know if Im coming or going.Im getting scared and at the same time cant wait.I have been on my pre-op diet and Im down five pounds thats with putting Christmas dinner in there.I would still like to lose a few more.

It is so hard this time of year,I too am on liquids only and am suffering along with you. I have to look at lots of before and afters to try and keep focused. Night time is the worst. good luck to you.

Kudos to you for sticking to the liquids over Christmas- that must have been really hard! Luckily, my surgeon doesn't require a liquid diet, although I am going to do it for 3-4 days before surgery anyways. I'm feeling the same way as you are- the emotions are all over the place! Just stay focused on the end result!  Good Luck!
