Surgery in 9 days

Wow, so time is going fast!  I've lost 21 pounds so far on the medifast, i have cheated probably every day but doing ok.  Just wanted to check in.  I"m sure I will check in before the big day.  Just wanted to say hello everyone and let you all know i'm still here.  Happy Holidays everyone!!!!
