I bought some "fit & fresh" stuff at k-mart b4.
Went to their website and found this shaker cup for only $4.99!!
It looks like it would be good because it breaks up the clumps of powder!!
I think I am going to ask "santa" to bring me one!!

This is very similar to a shaker cup I bought called the blender bottle. Check it out at http://blenderbottle.com It comes in 2 sizes and was very inexpensive. I asked Santa for one as well and I got it early. I just love it.

I have one....i hardly ever use it except in the summer to make milk shakes.
I'm sure i will get plenty of use out of after my surgery. Glad i got one!

That looks really cool! I need to look into one for sure.
As for the magic bullet- I have one and LOVVVVE it. It is so quick and easy and convenient. I steam broccoli and put it in there with a little milk and chicken broth and make the best soup. There are probably ten different smoothies, fruit drinks and soups I do small servings of in there and I bet i will use it more after surgery!
