Can't Wait to feel well!

I was allowed one lean protein and one green vegetable but now i'm not allowed anything and it's super hard.  I have been cheating a lot lately and i need to stop it! I was down 20 pounds on friday and back up 4 pounds today because of the weekend eating fest i had!  I lost enough to qualify me for surgery and i was approved by my insurance so thats good at least.

My surgery date is Jan.14th, I am very excited!! I also quit smoking using Chantix, I will be smoke free for 2 years on Jan, 3rd. I thought Chantix was a miracle drug for me.  Good Luck with your journey, and keep up with the wonderful job you are doing not smoking..you can do it!!     Lori
