MUSCLE MILK = YUMMY!

Just found out that the store i work at is going to start carrying MUSCLE MILK!!
I had my first taste of it last night....wow...not bad at all!!

just thought id pass it along!

what is muscle milk??  i have never heard of it

My nutritionist told me about it. Its a protein drink. It comes ready made or in powder!!

I might have to try it. What flavors does it come it?

The basic stuff....
vanilla, chocolate, strawberry

I think the powder stuff has more flavors?
I think I might take a trip to the mall next weekend when i have a little extra cash and pick up some of the powder stuff and maybe start having it for breakfast?

Christmas has kinda snuck ( is that even a word?  lol) up on me and $$ is so tight right now. I have been trying to get stuff here and there for myself but now its all about the kids. I'm so glad ill have some extra time after the holidays to get last min stuff for me.
