Well..i was told that i should choose a protein supplement with
no more then 6-8 grams of carbohydrates per serving
it should have at least 15 grams of protein per serving
and it should be one that can be mixed with 8oz. of fluids or less per serving.

Here is part of an old post from "Emily" with some helpful info too!!
..."Yes, there are vitamins especially for bariatric patients. I ordered them from www.celebratevitamins.com . I ordered unflavored protein powder so I could mix it in broths, soups and crystal light. I got it from www.bestpricenutrition.com The reason I ordered the
Syntrax Nectar brand is because it isn't gritty and mixes up the best. I got really good prices. Shipping cost was a little high, but overall I think I got the best prices available...."
