I am glad things are looking up for you. sounds like you had a productive day of shopping. I need to start looking at supplements. I have looked at walmart for unflavored whey protein powder, but haven't been able to find any. I don't want to get any flavored stuff. I am afraid I won't like any flavored protein. What are you going to do for extra protein?

Emily
Well..i was told that i should choose a protein supplement with
no more then 6-8 grams of carbohydrates per serving
it should have at least 15 grams of protein per serving
and it should be one that can be mixed with 8oz. of fluids or less per serving.
My dietitian gave me these...hope they help.

A suggestion for INCREASINGG PROTEIN INTAKE!!!!!
Powdered Milk
-Add 2 to 4 tbsp. to 1 cup of regular milk to make it higher in protein.
-You can also stir it into hot cereal, potatoes, gravies, sauces or pudding
-Whisk into scrambled eggs before cooking
-mix into ground beef prior to forming hamburger patties, meat loaf, meatballs, etc.
