Im so excited but scared. I guess thats normal?

I will have my one year surgerversary on the 16th of January. I decided to pop over to the 2008 January board to adopt a surgery brother or sister since It will be one year exactly since my surgery. If you have questions I have already been thru it. others from the January 2007 board will pop over to your board and adopt you guys as well. Not only will this be fun it can have a lot of answers. oh my goodness i know the feeling i was working to lose 30 pounds by the end of december (i started at the beginning) i did really well and then yay they moved my surgery to january and i only have 15 more to lose buy the 29th so i think (wait i KNOW) i can do it! as for liquid protein have you tried different brands? i really like the unjury powder. since its liquid diet you should totally stick to it but there are a ton of ways to change it up! Good luck! i know you can do it!!!
