I believe all Dr.'s are different but I'm allowed Skim, Fortified, soy, or lactaid Milk, sugar free pudding mad with skim milk no sugar or lowfat or ligyht yougurt without pieces of fruit, thin/runny cream of wheat/rice made with skim milk, pureed/no pieces soup, cream or vegetable, diet v8 splash, veg juice, sugar free jello, crystal light, sugar-free popsicles, fruit 2O, broth.

I have my surgery date scheduled for 01/16/07 with Dr. Frank Felts at Wise Regional in Decatur, Texas. : - ) I am in the middle of my pre-op diet and have already dropped 6 pounds. I am very excited. Is there anyone else having surgery around thattime with Dr. Felts and/or Wise Regional? I am excited, and happy I found this website! Thanks! : -D

Colleen's mom just called saying, Colleen is out of surgery, everything went well. She's in her room now, still a little groggy, but the Doctor said it was a classic case and everything went well. She's at Methodist Hospital, room 420.

Hey Elysian! I am at the same exact place as you are! I started my liquid diet yesterday, too, and my surgery is Jan 21. Yeah, it wasn't too bad, I thought! Let's keep in touch and see how we do "together"!! ~ Amber
