good for you, pamela! that's a crock of s*** and pretty unethical. you have your letter and that should be plenty for them.
so this morning, you're either at the hospital or on the phone with your insurance company. if you're on the phone with your insurance company, make your next phone call to the state medical licensing board complaint line.

Well my journey started on 01/10/08 I left the hospital on friday and stayed at my mother's house for the first couple days . BUT I'm back home and it feels good ! I still can't believe I did it ! I'm sooooooooooooo happy ...
The only problem I'm having is GAS ! OMG ..... Walking does help=)

Just keep remembering why you started this journey... This goes for after the surgery too! About the 2nd day after the surgery last week I was wondering what the heck I'd done... Tomorrow is one week for me and I've lost 7 pounds and am feeling stronger every day. I've NEVER lost 7 pounds on any diet I've been on... I'm not a big loser.... so just remember the reason you started...
Best of luck! And walk as soon as you can after surgery... it really does help.

I had surgery on 1/7/08. I haven't had any abdominal muscle cramps, but my abs are sore as the dickens. I have been getting in about 2 bottles of water (1 pint size I think) a day so far... I can't seem to do any more than that.

I had my surgery on 1/3/08. Things have been pretty good so far. I find it difficult to get in all the liquid I need but I am working on it. The only issue I am a little worried about in the adominal muscle cramps I am getting. Anyone experience this...advise?

My surgery is the same day, I also know the same person you speak of and I hope I can reintroduce her to getting her butt moving and the joy of life ,not food.

I also have 2 co-workers that have had the surgery helping me make sure that when my mind is spinning that I don't forget anything important. Best of luck on your surgery!
