Mine is 3 ice cubed vanilla protein drink cubes, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 6 ozs of low fat milk and a scoop of protein powder. Mix in a blender. Yum

For the ice cubes - is that a protein drink frozen into cubes?
I can't get any protein drinks down, except WARM milk (so totally odd, I realize), but this one sounds SO.GOOD!
