Bowel Cleanse

Does anyone know how bad this will be. Can you leave the house? I need to do this on Wednesday for my surgery on the 10th. Thanks, Barbara

My friend said her's was really bad ! But anytime you do something like that it's best to do it when your not going anywhere ... Best of luck I'm also set for the 10th .....

I had to do a bowel cleanse for a colonoscopy and let me tell you.....there is no way you want to go more than 15 ft from your bathroom never mind leave the house! Also, buy some baby wipes! Good luck...I'll be doing mine on the 20th! Cheryl

I am actually doing mine today for my surgery tomorrow on the 9th and you don't want to go anywhere. I am going to be completely honest it is pretty bad...and I could barely get the fleet down it was terrible. I would definately take their advice on the baby wipes because I didn't and believe me I now wish that I would have. Good luck on Thursday!

Thanks for all the good information. My surgery is on the 22nd and I had no idea about this...I will be getting the baby wipes. LOL
