I finally have a date. January 10, 2008!! I will be having the lap band surgery. I am so excited I cant sleep!! I am acting worse than my kids waiting for Santa!! LOL!

I hear ya! I'm scheduled for surgery on Jan 9th, and it feels like it will NEVER get here! And when I doze off, I'm already dreaming of the clothes I'll be wearing soon enough!

Lap Band on 01/09/08

I totally understand what you are feeling right now. I feel the same way. I found out last Wednesday 12/26/07 that my surgery date will be January 9, 2008. That's less than 2 weeks away. Oh My Goodness! I am having Lap-Band surgery with Dr. Koura here in Sacramento, CA. I will be having my pre-op appointment on January 3rd. I think the doctor will be putting me on a liquid and/or lower calorie diet for the week, but I'm not sure, we'll see. Good luck and CONGRATULATIONS!
