No idea why I dropped 4 pounds... maybe it is going back to work now that school is back in. Oh well. Although it is kind of a kick to see the 140's, I really need to steer clear of them. I also am getting a lot of those "You're done, aren't you!?" and "You are too skinny!" types of comments. Someone brought me a brownie and told me I looked like I needed it at a PTO dinner last week. It was funny, though, not insulting. I am really happy in the low 150's and want to stay put.
Steph- I said a prayer for you. I know you have had a lot of struggles lately. I sure hope you recover super quick from your surgery.

Yes, My friend.. we actually just found eachother again after 8 years and I about died when I see her. She had competed years ago after she had lost like 100lbs... then got PG and gained like 100lbs back... then she lost it again... and just competed last winter! Blow's my mind.
She says don't let anyone tell you that you can't tone loose skin! So Hell I'm there!! LOL No competing, just don't want the bat wings. I do believe her, I don't need a tummy tuck and I give 100 crunches a night credit for that! I've done that since day one!
Well gotta run... Keep getting better!!

Wow! Maybe a future body builder in our little group? Yay, for you!! I really need to get serious about lifting weights, but I just can't seem to do it! Perhaps you can serve as motivation for me?

Good Monday Morning My January Lovelies!
Where has the summer gone? I can't believe that Labor Day is nearly upon us and that fall is right around the corner. In our area, the arrival of the California State Fair signals the end of summer...but, unfortunately not the heat! We spent most of the day there yesterday and, all I ate was an organic, locally farm-grown nectarine. It was so tasty. Then, we ate at Bucca de Beppo for dinner. It was okay, but I wouldn't eat there again. Too much food! Then, back to the fair to walk it off.
Anyway, my weight is doing weird things lately. I have no explanation.
Here's the numbers:
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Thursday: 142.2
Today: 138.8?????
Loss/gain: 3.4 pounds!!
Okay, so I dropped 3.4 pounds almost overnight. I didn't do anything different that I can see. And, on top of that...I'm dipping further into the 30's, which is not really where I should be. Maybe it's all the edamame I've been eating lately? I am sure that my appetite will pick up any day now and I will gain it back. In any case...make it a great week, ladies!

Morning Stacey!! I am at home this week recovering from having my gall bladder removed. Things are going well, just a little sore and getting used to moving so I dont cause myself unneeded pain! lol
And I definitely get tired of ppl saying I am too skinny when I know I am still 40 pounds over my goal weight. Good luck with your new work out routine! And your friend competing in the body building competition is inspiring! I was watching the olympics last night and looking the runners build was inspiring. I enjoy working out but need to get back on track with my healthy eating. Hope you have wonderful week too!

Can you believe I'm the one that's posting this?? I usually don't post till Wednesday's.
Well Im good here in Iowa... The protonix and Carafat slurries seem to be keeping my tummy calm, so maybe, just maybe it is a Ulcer. Who knows!
My weight is maintaining at 141lbs.... HW 292, SW 282, LW 141
Does anyone else hate it when someone says... Your to skinny? I HATE IT!!!!!
I joined a "Anytime Fitness" Gym.. open 24hours... I have NO excuses... My hours changed at the hospital so I only work 2 12 hour days..... 6a-6p... No nights!! That's going to help ALOT!
I also joined a Fitness class that's called "Power Pump" its lifting weights and body building. I don't need plastic surgery done anywhere but my boobs and my arms. Well a good push up bra works for my boobs... But my arms need help, I have a friend that has lost over 100lbs TWICE!!! Well she just cometeted in a body building contest. Amazing.
She's inspired me to really workout hard!

Yes, I am as late as I can be without missing it all together. I simply forgot. Summer break has my schedule completely undone...Monday may as well be Thursday ;o). But, sweet Janie came looking for me.
So, here's my numbers:
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 139.8??? that still boggles my mind.
Today: 142.2 (back to normal)
Loss/gain: +2.4
Things are pretty steady...nothing exciting to report. Although, I am feeling the need to get more active lately...haven't done it, but I feel the need. lol. Okay ladies...make it a great week!
