WELL, if we are being honest...
Do you still track? NOPE
Do you count carbs? If so- what are your goals? NOPE
Do you count fat? NOPE
What's your average caloric intake? 2000
What's your average protein intake? 60-70
What's your average workout like? NON EXISTANT
How many days a week do you exercise? 0
Are you getting all your water in? NOPE
Do you still do shakes for protein? NOPE
Are you taking all your vitamins? NOPE
BOY! Do I feel like a failure! I really try to get in my vitamins, but I rarely get them all every day. I haven't worked out since last spring, and am hoping to get back on the wagon after halloween when life is not so manic. As far as water, that is always something I have done well, but have been having problems with it the last few weeks. And as far as journaling, I haven't don't that either since school started back in session. The only upside here is that I am at my goal (actually under by 7 pounds) and my weight is holding steady. It is still scarey how much I have slacked off those routines I developed that first year out!
Good post! Really has made me think!

Okay, here goes:
Do you still track? Sometimes. I will do it for a month, then stop for a couple, and then back again. But, when I track I tend to become too concerned about calories and I tend to lose weight that I have no business losing.
Do you count carbs? If so- what are your goals? Never...I just try to keep them to a minimum. When I start to crave them or fight with myself to keep from reaching for them first...I know it's time to cut back.
Do you count fat?Never...I like food to taste good and fat makes it taste good. I don't eat anything low fat except nf milk just because I like the taste better.
What's your average caloric intake?1400-1600+
What's your average protein intake?70+
What's your average workout like?No work out for me...I lose weight if I do. I do walk a lot, though. I still need to lift weights on a regular basis.
How many days a week do you exercise?None specifically.
Are you getting all your water in?Mostly, though it comes in the form of chai tea or Fuze on most days.
Do you still do shakes for protein?Perhaps a couple of times a week...but not on a regular basis.
Are you taking all your vitamins?I'm slacking in that department. I am taking all of my calcium since I bought BA calcium citrate cinnamon flavored lozenges. I pop them several times a day...they are yummy! I think I need to buy the same brand of chewable multi vits...I think I will be more likely to pop those in my mouth during the day, too. B's are easy to get in, as are iron since my levels are so high that I only need them a couple of times a week.

I know some of you guys are still losing, some maintaining and some are struggling.
I'm struggling- am up to 136 from 124 and am out of my acceptable window. I think I'm exercising enough- quite frankly- I think I'm just eating too much.
Do you still track?
Do you count carbs? If so- what are your goals?
Do you count fat?
What's your average caloric intake?
What's your average protein intake?
What's your average workout like?
How many days a week do you exercise?
Are you getting all your water in?
Do you still do shakes for protein?
Are you taking all your vitamins?
I know this info will help keep us honest or will help to motivate others-
thanks for your time-

Nope, not me. The only thing I have really noticed like that is yogurt, and I just eat the regular, boring, normal kind.
Does this stuff really seem to give your system a boost?

Hey Holly - I've never heard of them. Is it good for ya then? What are the carbs on it?
Topic: live active cultures stuff
is anybody else eating this stuff?
I am eating the jello pudding and the bars and really like them- they help to keep me regular.
Fyi...

Steph-
I know you can do this!!!
I find if I get everything out of the house it helps me tremendously. I also have to go cold turkey on the carbs for as long as possible and that seems to help too.
I know it's not the same- but I've been up as high as 14 pounds from my lowest and it does really suck. When I am up it goes right to my stomach and deosn't spread out everywhere like it used to.
Hang in there- I just wanted you to know I struggle too...

Thanks Anna-
Yeah the whole incident shook me up and I messed up the dessert for the party. Luckily I had made an extra before- just in case someone didn't like chocolate.
How do you take extra iron? I'm the one that gets all the infusions for that- so I'm not sure it would work for me- but wondered what you take.
Thanks-
Holly
