Oh girlll we did wonderful. I have 25 trees in my back yard and NOT ONE of them fell. My neighbors had some damage and we had a whole lot of trees down around us, but none in my yard. Of course I had this picture of angels with wings spread protecting my house through the night....that's all I can imagine because it was a miracle we didn't have any damage. I work near the airport so we had power back by that Monday at my office and my neighborhood is on the same grid as a water pumping station and we also had power by Monday at our home. We camped out for 4 days with neighbors, but it was nice not to have distractions for a few days. You realize when things are simple (without power) how much time is actually diverted to unimportant things when you have electricity. Every couple of years we seem to have a good storm roll through that knocks power out for a few days and brings us back to those simple times where the only thing to do to occupy the kids is spend time with neighbors and family and play board games. It's a nice break. It's unfortunate though that many in our area were without power for 14-18 days. Simplicity has a whole new meaning when you can't wash clothes, cook a nice meal, or take warm baths for 2+ weeks. So it's for those people I had the most sympathy.

Had a peach for breakfast- gonna go have a shake now.
I'm gonna have to try the Fuze stuff- the lowcal one- sounds yummy.
No school today- home with the triplets- I've really gotten used to that 3 hour break. When they're driving me crazy I'm going to take half a Zanax instead of eating carbs and chocolate. Hope that doesn't sound as apthetic as I think it may- it's just you know- Mondday morning- I got stuff to do!!! :)

Do you count carbs? Not any more If so- what are your goals? none
Do you count fat? no
What's your average caloric intake? Way too many!! And its all empty calories
What's your average protein intake? 80-100
What's your average workout like? 30 mins cardio (ellptical and treadmill jogging) 5 days a week, some tues and thurs I get an extra hour by going to aerobics
How many days a week do you exercise? goal is 4 but usually six
Are you getting all your water in? about 80 oz a day
Do you still do shakes for protein? Yes
Are you taking all your vitamins? Most days...some days I miss a dose but I usally get them in. I Have to set a timer on my cell phone so I dont miss out. My memory is terrible and I get so caught up in the day to the day that I miss a dose when I dont have my timer go off.

Had a lot of endema last week so I took a water pill two days last week so the loss is due to the water pill and only water weight but it is encouraging to see the numbers go down. Now this week I will continue on the right path, not grazing and sticking to my meal plan so that the loss will be attributed to actual weight loss and no****er weight!! Chat withcha later.

I am totally with you on the cramps- killer aren't they?
I know Ican do this- I just need to focus a liitle for awhile and get back on track- nto to be a zero or 3 again- but I'd atleast like my 4's to fit- atleast until i can afford some 6's!!! :)
