Steph- You always have such a great attitude! It is hard to believe that it has almost been two years, yet at the same time it seems like a lifetime ago. My only regret is not doing it years earlier!
As far as the weigh in... I am currently without a scale! I know I have put on some Christmas pounds, though, which makes weighing in even more important. Buying a new one is one is on my list this week! Guessing...

I really have a hard time with any chewable iron supplement. Does anyone use a swallowable pill that is okay'ed by your surgeon?

Happy Monday!! This is the last week of the year and boy when I reflect back ..it has had it share of ups and downs...but when I think about the year as a whole...it has been a very blessed year indeed. Hope you ladies are looking forward to a New Year full of new opportunities and blessings! Let's forget the things of the past and press on toward our future. The things of yesterday are not to be changed and every thing happened for a reason....now stop looking back at the closed doors so that you dont miss the door that has opened in front of you. (I am speaking more to myself than you guys 
)
I have four weeks to my 2 year surgiversary and I can not believe how time has gone by! And I am truely thankful that this journey has been complication free!! Thank you Lord!

I think the way I keep myself in check is by looking at old photographs and giving in to small amounts of foods my "head" craves every now and then. Yesterday it was a litle chex mix. In the past, I would eat chex mix and not stop. Now, even though my head wanted more, I have the control to stop myself.

It is hard to believe it has been almost 2 years since the surgery. I am doing well. Staying consistantly at 150lbs for about a year now so that is why I don't add to the weigh in posts.
