You are so right about this being a struggle. My brain still wants to operate on auto-pilot...not a good thing sometimes. 
I hope the water pill begins to help with your swelling and that the scale continues it's downward trend.
We just have to keep moving ahead and working on this stuff...one day at a time!

Now I am taking 1/2 water pill daily and my weight so we will see what happens with that...still not back on track with my eating...boy its a struggle! But work outs are great.

So glad to hear from you again. I'm maintaining as well - thankfully, just got the wii fit for my b-day and having a blast. I was the only one in the family with a normal BMI - i got a kick out of that.

Just wanted to let you all know that I'm still alive. I haven't posted in forever because my computer has been down for over a month now. It was fixed for about a day and now it has another error. Imagine all of the free time I have now, I didn't know going online took so much time.
Well, just wanted to check in and tell you all I miss you and pray that we are all hanging in there and continuing to lose or maintaining for those that need to maintain. I'm still maintaining ( thank you Lord!) I fluctuate between 120-125.
