Hey Katy...yep...below goal by about 10 pounds. I wanted to be at 150, but I can't seem to stay there. I know that 150 may sound high for someone who is only 5'6", but 150 puts me in a size 4 pants and M top. At 140 or so...I am kinda bony and I am not liking it one bit. All of my 4's are getting very baggy again, and I refuse to buy a smaller size. That, and I still am in desperate need of a tummy tuck...so that could knock me down a size, as well. I have been at or below goal since my just before my 9th month mark (late October).

Well, I am back into the lower land. Current weight 114.4. I am not going to stress, just finished cycle and still having tummy issues. I guess I am not eating as much as I need to. My cycle also came 2 weeks earlier and it is just dragging along and will not leave me alone. I hope everyone is having a great week. Hugs, Lindy

I made sure to include everyone! My update: Body lift and breast revision scheduled for March 27. The thigh lift will have to wait as it turns out.

Prayers lifted up! As an update on me, I just got home from the last round of allergy testing for foods. I start testing for inhalants on Thursday. I am puzzling over my food choices now. I am allergic to eggs, chicken, corn, malt, soy and coconut. Malt, corn, soy and coconut are hidden in most everything. I have some literature on it, but I just need to sit down read it and absorb it. Thanks so much for the prayers!!!! Hugs, Katy

I am glad you are feeling better Stephanie. Congrats on the weight loss. Woo Hoo! Now Suz are you actually below goal? Wow. Impressive. Here are my numbers: HW 367 SW 357 LW 215 CW 211 -4 that I gained last week. I am not quite back to my lowest weight of 208. I have been really hungry lately and I am finding that if I eat, I lose weight. Hmmm. I am still working out on weights and enjoying it very much. Maybe the scale will be even lower next week. I have been losing serious inches though and I am really liking the toning and changes I am seeing in my body. Katy

Hey Marilyn: Good work on maintaining!! And I was not too sick...just "whispering" constipated was all. I still ate good last week...too good on two days...went way over board on my intake but I am back on the saddle today. I need that Im not hugry bug too~~~

Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great week. My week was average. Exercised regularly, but I need to find something to do besides walk on the treadmill. It will be so nice to walk outside again when it warms up here in Missouri. SW: 247 LW: 157 CW: 157 No change. Great loss Steph - sorry you had to be sick though! Suz - I don't know how you do it. Thanks Suz!! And I am guessing your body is just trying to figure out what it wants to do! lol Hopefully it will stabilze soon at a spot where you are comfortable!

Good Monday Morning (afternoon) January Lovelies! Congrats on making it to the 150's, Steph....a six pound loss is amazing this far out. You'll be at 140 before you know it. My prediction last week came true...couldn't hold on to the 145 mark. Surgery/high: 251.5 Last Monday: 145 Today: 140.6 Gain/Loss: - 4.4 lbs. I tried to hold on to it, but I just wasn't very hungry this week. Normally I am eating nearly every 1 1/2 to 2 hours...this week I couldn't do it...so a big loss for today. This bouncing back and forth is driving me crazy!! I can literally say what my weight will be every morning, within .3 of a pound, before I get on the scale. My daughter thinks it is a neat trick...I think it's psycho and bizarre. Have a great week ladies...more of you need to post!!!! I hope that you have another fantastic week, as well, Stephanie....but no more stomach troubles . ~Suz
