Had a bigger bounce up this week..I am sure my poor eating habits and binge eating over the last few weeks are the reason and I have to get back up and do this this right. HW 327 SW 322 LW 158 CW 163 Up And I am up 5(6.8 pounds in two weeks) Kinda of scary but today is a new opportunity to get it right! See you next week!

Hi Everyone, It looks like everyone is doing well. I haven't had any new news really to report, except for a few individual posts for help with backsliding and old habits. We have two surgeries this week...Bel and Janie. Going forward, unless things pick up, I will just post this bi-monthly. Things are so hectic with my work right now, I hardly get online anymore unless it's at some ridiculous hour of the night. Prayers Needed: Bel (Bel Le) Best wishes and success TT and Thigh lift and surgery March 27th. Denise (Barbara Garcia) - Any Updates???????? Bulging disc in neck and lower back problems. Janie (Janie M) Prayers that her TT and BL surgery go well today...March 25th. Karen (Karen Kern) Backsliding needing prayers to help from grazing and letting old habits set in. Katy (Katy B) Any Updates??????? Allergy testing and problems... Lindy (Twinkie K) Desires to get pregnant and strength to handle all of the pressures of a new position at the same time. I have been working late nights and weekends. I am trying to learn and get controls in place. I have been feeling miserable like I am getting sick. Lori (Lori M) Any Updates?????? Cancer / Hernia / Hysterctomy and possible liver damage all going on at the same time along with too much weight loss. Marta (Marta Greig) Any Updates???? Gallbladder problems / possible surgery. Her neck looks awful, though :-/. Well went to my PS consult and it went great. I really like the surgeon. I felt at ease right away. He said he could do the LBL and BL all at once...yay. So now I just have to figure out a way to pay for it all. I know that I am going to get it done. It's just a matter of when. I may have to wait 4 years till my current TSP loan is paid off then the sky is the limit. Then I could really get whatever I want done. He said my legs looked great....yay for working out!! Nice to know it has paid off. He also said my arms look pretty good for losing that much weight. He said there is a little sag but not bad at all. He said I would need to think about if it would be worth having a big scar down the length of my upper arm. I am thinking no. I don't need any lipo either. Again yay for faithfuly working out!!! Ugh it's going to kill me to have to wait four years but I figure I can tone up in that time as well. You never know though we figure out another way. Nope don't know what that could be yet. I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!! I went and picked up my new little joey Riley. She is so sweet and I am so happy with her. I think she and Nash will make beautiful joeys. I can't wait to see what they have. That will be a while yet as they are still too young. Anna

Good luck Monday with your tummy tuck and breast lift! CONGRATULATIONS on making it so far, and so successfully, in this journey. I'll be thinking of you and praying for a speedy and quick recovery.
