Good Morning Everyone

Still in my window. The Y is really helping me. I think working out is the key to my maintenance. I'm averaging 4-5 days a week. I alternate weights and classes. It's so funny for me to be there- things have changed so much since my old workout days- all the machines have a weight loss range and it's totally not where I thought it would be- I don't have to work nearly as hard. Apparently what I remember working for is not considered the cardio range and not the weight loss range- it's even hard to stay in the weight loss range. Funny how times change.
Have a good week everyone...
Anyone heard from Steph?

The bone scan sounds like a great idea. I have been tossing around the idea myself...just as a baseline so that I know if I am getting enough calcium over the next few years. I'm not quite 40 yet (almost 37) but it's coming and I know that as I get closer to menopause my bones are going to pay the price for this surgery eventually.
As for flab...I see none on that body of yours! Perhaps it's just like we imagine it must be....smaller bone structure causing some of us to weigh less than others with larger bones (like me :o(). Definitely let us know the results...I'm really interested to know what it says.

I know what you mean- I went to your sight and to some others and I don't look anything like you guys do- I shudder to think what my bones must look like. I'm getting a bone scan on Weds so I'll let you know!!!
They say muscle weighs more than fat- so maybe I'm just carrying some serious flab around... I don't know -it's crazy- I sometimes even think I have chubby cheeks. I am so NOT bony- I think I'd have to be 115. Maybe I need to get my height checked again- maybe I've shrunk even more- uh-oh!!!

Funny how we can all carry weight so differently and yet be the same height. I'm 5'6" and about 142-145 on any given day. I could never pull off being as light as 127 or anything even close...*maybe* 137 if I didn't mind feeling super bony. I swear I have bones made of lead or something...I've always been 15-20 pounds heavier than someone else that is the same size as me. Though, I have to be honest...it would be fun to see those little numbers on the scale just once

I know ALL about crazy
! Sometimes my life is the definition! It's good to know that so many of us are still lurking around, even if we don't have the time to actually post...I've been a victim of that many times.

That must be exciting...moving into a new place. I haven't felt that newness in over 15 years! I can't wait to uproot and move someplace completely new to us...someday...in maybe 3 years? I detest California and get such great ideas for new places to live from the most amazing places...like the OH boards

Hi Suz!
How often I check in varies. It is usually once a day or more, but sometimes things get really crazy and I don't get to the boards.
