Laura, 100 lbs is awesome. You should be very proud of yourself. And the one lb difference from last week? My weight goes up and down 2-3 lbs a weeks, so please don't be concerned about that.
Hopefully when you get your vitamin d level up and swith birth control pills, that will kick your body into gear. But still, YOU HAVE LOST 100 LBS!!!

Holly - I hear ya, even after my PS, I look in the mirror and I know I don't look heavy like I was before WLS, not even close, but I feel chubby. Is that how you feel? Even after my tummy tuck and breast lift, I'm still not happy like I know I should be. I'm so critical of myself. Now I want my arms done and a butt lift. LOL!!
Congrats on being 1/2 the person you used to be. NOW STOP LOSING!!! You're BMI is on the low side! But how awesome do you feel?
I wonder if having busy triplets is what keeps the weight coming off? lol!

I go though spurts of checking this board. I don't have much time at all on the computer at home. I'm on it all day at work and when I get home it is sometimes the last thing I want to do - sit still and read and type ;)

Ok, so I thought about this...I am coming off of the Depo Provera shot after almost 8 years and have had my period for the last month and a half, heavy...not just a light one. I am wondering if this weight that is crazy up and down..is related to this. Please my last apt with the surgeon, he said I had a huge Vitamin D issue. I was 16 and it was supposed to be 30. I am now on pills for that as well. With the Vitamin D issue, and not being super obese, I was told that I needed to change birth control because the Depo is a pre-curser to Osteopenia with causes osteoporosis! I don't want broken bones every where!

okay- met my lowest goal- I'm done. Other than being really tired again I feel great. Still don't feel skinny- but am fully convinced I never will- so am not going to try and achieve an unachievable goal.
It's good to know we can still lose at almost 18 months out- that's nice.

Good Monday Afternoon My January Lovelies!
It is positively gorgeous here in Ca...can't beat the perfect weather. I'm planning a long walk this afternoon just so that I can enjoy the weather.
So, on to the reason we are here:
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 145.0
Today: 143.6
Loss/gain: -1.4
Back down to my normal stable weight (within .2) and feeling sort of silly about fretting over a pound and a half. But, I noticed that just that 1.5 pounds (actually more since I did hit 146 for a couple of days) did make a difference with the way that my jeans fit. Is it all in my head? Eh...who knows. Either way...I feel better.

Good Morning Everyone!
It is a beautiful day with the sun shining but I am looking at it through the windows in and air conditioned room...the temp already reads 96 and it is only 10:30 in the morning.
I haven't weighed in lately. I got a little scale driven and put it away just making sure I ate following the rules. I last weighed in almost a month ago so I am going to use the LM abbreviation instead of the LW abbreviation. I am not sure if I am going to weigh in weekly or not. I don't ever want to gain more than a few pounds before I address the issue, and I probably could do a lot of damage in a one month time, but I think I do better if I stay away from the scale. I will figure it out.
Here are my stats:

I lost 5 pounds this month and have lost a total of 161 pounds.
