The only thing I can figure is that because our clothes are so much smaller and so are we, there really isn't any room for another few pounds without it being more noticeable. You can feel crazy with me and Janie anytime!

Janie, No, I wish that 5 pounds a month was normal for me but my weight has been stuck for months while I lost 3 dress sizes. I was worried that my weight had stabilized but now I am hopeful that I will get to my goal. I have been sticking with 3 meals a day plus a protein shake. I quit snacking for the most part--occassionally. I am trying to find the place where I am satisfied but just and not eating more than that. I am actually eating more real food and less sugar free diet type food. I am pretty excited. Katy

Thought I was nuts too- but a few pounds totally makes a difference in my clothes. My sister used to tell me that and I thought she was full of baloney- but it's true- I see it now too. I thought I was going nuts!!! Holly

Laura- I take 50,000 mg of Vit D once a week cuz mine was low too- that was one of the reasons they had me do the bone scan- my bone scan came back fine by the way. Have they done a full blood test- my other stuff was wacky too... Holly

I absolutely think that the Depo could have something to do with your weight...any flux in hormones can have various effects throughout the body. As for the Vit D....get a little extra sunlight, too. Sunlight helps your body to produce Vit D. http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitamind.asp Thought that you might like to read this article to get an idea of how and why Vit D works the way it does. And, you are over 100#'s down from your highest weight...definitely something to be proud of!! ~Suz

Suz!!! I thought I was crazy, but I noticed that a couple pounds extra makes a huge difference! After plastics I got up to 145 (I was so swollen, it was crazy) I went in at 122! Anyways, I was 125 and wanted to get into my jeans. OMG they were tight. 123 lbs, they fit perfectly. I would have never thought that a couple pounds could make a difference in the way your pants fit, ya know? So, no I don't think it's all in your head, unless we're both crazy? lol!
