Lets go Stephanie!!!!!!!! I made my way to the gym today and exercised for an hour. 45 minutes of Cardio and 15 minutes of Pilaties? Not sure how you spell that. It's as difficult to spell as it is to do! I met the majority of my water intake and have been good with the food intake! We are on a roll!

Good Afternoon My January Lovelies! Not much time again today...in fact I almost forgot that it was Monday . So, last week I had a crazy and sudden drop of a couple of pounds down to 140.9, then I had "gained" 6 (146??) back by Wednesday??? WTF? Now I am right back down to my normal weight. I don't know what's going on but I used this craziness as my impetus to start logging again. I feel so much more accountable and in control...it really is a simple way to keep ourselves honest! Okay, on with the numbers: Surgery/high: 251.5 Last Monday: 140.9 () Today: 142.8 (my body loooovvvvveeessss this exact weight) So, there you have it....and I'm off to do what? Study, of course !!! But not before I say that I am so sorry that things didn't work out for you and your beau, Stephanie. The right one can be elusive, but I'm sure that the man for you is probably right under your nose. Make it a great week everyone!! ~Suz

Laura! Thanks for posting and you and I both will be on the band wagon together!! I have not been making good choices for a really long time and it is hard to get back on in line but we can do it. We did it before and will do it again! So let's go!!

Hi Honey! I am in your boad! I stepped on the scale this morning and it was 170.....I got down to 144 last December, and have slowly gained back up to 170. My goal is 150 and if you want a buddy to check in with, I could surely use a buddy to hold me accountable! Let me know, we can support eachother. Write down what we eat, how much we exercise and what not. I am going back to the Y to start their classes and hopefully if all goes well...I can get back down to 150... Hugs and I am here for you! Hi Stephanie, I am up too honey! Way up....7 pounds up since last Monday. I should be getting my monthly friend, so I am wondering if that is what is happening. I have been on the Depo Shot for almost 8 years and am now off, so my cycle is trying to regulate itself. However, I have too, make some bad choices this week, but I am on going to get back on track. I made myself a promise that if I ever got back to 170 that would be the last draw, I am going to start counting calories and really watching what I am eating and contacting the YMCA about cardio classes. Where there is an instructor to tell me what to do. I will not get over 170...that is what I am telling myself. I am going to work hard as hell to get back down to 150... HW: 280's SW: 267 LW: 163 CW: 170 MY GOAL: GET BACK ON TRACK!!!!!
