Question for ya'll?
Hey Everybody!!!
How are all my fellow 1/07 surgery buddies doing?
I am doing great except for one thing: I am freezing all the time!!! Is anyone else having this problem? The air here at work is set at 70-72 degrees and I have on my heaviest sweater and the heater going everyday.
My iron levels are fine so that's not the problem. I tell ya if I didn't live in the deep south, I don't think I could make it through the winters.
I have been to the doctor (my GP anyway) a lot here lately and I complain about it everytime. He says it's because I lost all my insulation. There are times I just wish I hadn't done this because I am so cold.
Then I remind myself that I have lost a whole person (155 pounds so far!) and that is the reason.
I hope everyone is doing well. Suz I love your hair!!!!
Sandy
I used to feel cold all of the time. But, I seem to have acclimated very quickly this year. We are having a bit of a cool streak right now, and by the end of the first day I was feeling pretty comfortable. My iron is even in the toilet...so, I'm not sure what could be helping me this year.
Perhaps it is more of a personal tolerance than a surgical/weight related one at this point? I guess it will probably just mean having to keep a sweater handy at all times!
And, thanks for the compliment...I just dyed my hair very dark today. I'm not sure if I like it...so, a new avatar may be a while away. lol.
