Good Morning Ladies
Finally- I have a loss to post!!!

LW 142
TW 136

I thought for sure I'd gain it back again over the weekend but for whatever reason it has stayed off.  I exercised 4 days again this week and can't say the food was much better so am not sure what has changed.  I do know my muscle mass is dropping dramatically.  I am sooo flabby it's gross- but I have to go slowly and congratulate myself when I can.

Hey, Brit...another busy day here in Cali, so I'm late checking in...but I'm here nonetheless.

Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 144.8
Today: 144.2

Still not where my heart tells me to be, but my clothes fit the same as they did 5 pounds ago. I guess I can't really complain about that! Also, I am honestly not going too far out of my way to cut back or limit my eating, so I can't really expect to lose if I don't do that. I suppose it's just not that important to me yet. But you! Wow...6 pounds in a week is huge this far out. Gotta keep that muscle mass, though , so don't go too crazy trying to cut back too much.

The scale is still moving the right direction.

I'll take it, as long as the scale does not move in the other direction.

Brit - I hear ya on the flabby thing, my clothes all fit the same but I can tell that I have no muscle tone, it's gross.  I'm not sure how happy I will be with the warm weather coming up....
Congrats on a big loss this week.
