oops Tuesday afternoon Weigh-in

I get so messed-up with a day off- and look it's the afternoon too...

I managed to put back on a pound- but that's okay- I'm right where I should be...

HW 250
LW 123
TW 124

I have to admit to binge eating twice this week so much that if I could have made myself sick I would have.  I had to take a painkiller and an ambien it was so bad.  I do see a pettern though... both were very late at night- like 2-3 am and both were on days I hadn't eaten enough.  Both were on junk foods- although didn't start that way- started with carbs.  So my lesson is- I need to eat throughout the day if I'm hungry or not.  I need to get 8 hours of sleep.  I need to learn to stop myself during late night eating before I even start- cuz I don't have much control then.
How stupid.

Okay, Brit...this will be quick and dirty...I've got back-to-back-to-back appointments all day, and week. ugh.

Ditto what you said...I need to go to bed at a decent hour and cut out the crappy snacking. Ditto on the over eating, too. WTH??? We both know better...

Today: 142.0

I blame some of this on unhealthy funeral food...why can't it be healthy? I had too many chips, too many dips, tooooo many glasses of wine, and cake?? What a rookie move. It was bad enough without the cake, too.
