Monday Morning Weigh Ins?????
So it does not seem to be a lot of interest in the weigh ins lately so this will be my last post on the board for the weighs in. I will still be around and post my weighly weigh in on my page and will check in to see what's going with you guys and even post some things other than Weigh Ins...but anywhoo....here are my stats:

CW 193.4 am weight but I normally weigh at night and its a bit higher...did not weigh in last night but anyway.....

Good Monday Morning My January Lovelies!
Sorry I missed weigh-ins last week, I was super busy getting packed for our trip up north to WA. What a drive...13 hours straight, with three kids in the back. I can honestly say that I have zero desire to ever drive cross-country!! Next time...it's a train or a plane!
Surgery/high: 251.5
Monday two weeks ago: ~140
Today: 141.2
Yeah!!! No gain over the holiday...but I also didn't get in all of my vitamins or protein, either. I'm home now and ready to buckle back down until the next round in a few weeks.
Make it a great week ladies...and try to keep that holiday shopping in check.

I was at 139.4 today- which is a miracle considering the week I had. It's 2:30 and I am carb free as of this morning. I'm going cold turkey- the carbs are killing me- just can't stop.
Plus I started eating another meal- very late at night- so I'm trying to go to bed earlier and not nap.
I found out why I am so much larger in the tummy area. I read over the weekend that if you build muscle- without losing fat. The muscle can actually make the fat stick out more- which I think is what was going on with my tummy. I had started doing a lot of ab weight machines and am wondering if that did it.
I'll be here next week- I need the accountability- plus I want to post to share my happiness when I get some of this weight off.
Also- I'm stopping my wine intake until Christmas- too much and too many empty calories.
Those are my goals this week-

Hey guys! I'm still here, just going through a rough time in my life. I still check the boards often and know that we all have been through so many ups and downs together and will never leave my OH friends. I don't wanna quit the weekly weighins Steph. I know for me it holds me accountable.
