Monday Morning Weigh Ins

Hope you all had great weekends. I spent my weekend taking down wall paper out of my bathrooms and painting my computer room and the hall way. Fun Times!! But a good thing is I had lots of help and it still took two days. I still have to paint the bathrooms and get the medicine cabinets installed and then I get my new couch this weekend and I am excited about that! But since I have a new couch my computer desk and bookstand and tv stand for the room don't match the paint and the couch...one of my co workers suggested I try to spray paint the wood instead of buying new...anyone ever tried that? I planned on selling the items and just buying new at first..but I am all about saving money! So now I have to decide which color I want to paint the stuff to see if matches and if it does not work I guess I have not lost anything since I planned on selling it anyway.
Well I am not too happy with myself and my eating habits at the moment. I eat to much and make myself ill. I think I am going to start measuring things out and I also need to stop the constant daily snacking...ugh. I haven't been doing the Monday weigh ins for a week or two so I am guessing what my weight was last week.

Not terrible I know it's just the way it's making me feel. I didn't do this so I would feel sick all the time. Really nead to get a handle on it.

I haven't been here for awhile and should really be ashamed of myself. My eatting has been out of control with snacking, eating a lying down, not exercising. Been feeling prtty lousy with a bad cold, but I've been back on track these last few days. Trying to keep my head on straight, and lose these last non-moving 30lbs. I have a doctor's appt in January so hopefully I can make a dent somewhere.

Make it a fantastic week ladies! Get moving, get logging, get measuring, whatever you need....just do at least a bit of what you know you need to do to get and stay on track!!
And Steph...about the cabinets...I've never spray painted cabinets, but I have used traditional brush on/roll on latex paint and it has worked well on real wood. The trick it for the wood to be pristinely clean and lightly sanded, then paint in the direction of the wood grain. With spray paint...I guess all of the above would apply except trying to paint with the grain. Good luck to you.

And is there any other way to pack other than at the last minute?? lol I am always up right before heading out the door trying to pack..I trick my self by saving I mentally pack ahead of time and know what I am going to take and just have to put it in the suitcase.....now when its time to find those items with 15 mins before having to head out....boy is that fun!! lol
I was on fall break and had a GREAT weekend. DH and I spent the night dowtown, ate at a great place, and spent about 5 hours in a really fun bar. Then early Christmas shopping for the kids, and a trip to the zoo, and a couple of fall/halloween events. Big fun!
