I am eating the jello pudding and the bars and really like them- they help to keep me regular.

Nope, not me. The only thing I have really noticed like that is yogurt, and I just eat the regular, boring, normal kind.
Does this stuff really seem to give your system a boost?

I don't know about boosting immune systems and all those claims- but man- I eat one before bed and I know I'm "going" in the morning!!!  :)
