Monday Morning Weigh Ins

Hi All!! My scale is still moving up but I have a new outlook and I wanted to thank those of you who have been prayer, sending positive thoughts and just concerned in general for me.  You mean so much to me and I appreciate each of you.  So I am working on getting my self back on track and I know what my issues are GRAZING and not being on a schedule.  I had even become lax with taking my supplements and drinking my water.  This is a life time commitment and when I am not committed...I see what can happen. But one thing I know for sure is just like in all other areas of our lives, God allows u turns...so I am making that turn.  I thank God for His patience and His not giving up on me!  See you soon!

Oh, and my new picture was too big to so I tried to scale it down and it was all strecthed out and looked retarded so I took it off...I will work on adding a new picture soon!

A gain of .7 lbs.  Not too bad considering I wasn't too good over the weekend.  Today is my  and I treated myself .  I'm still within my window so no big.

Steph- it was so good to see you up and early leading off the posts again- I can't think of a better attitude!!!

I'm at the absolute top of my upper window (134)... but here are my excuses:
-my birthday
-daughter spent night in ER- yes this can happen when you don't poop for 14 days- gives you an idea of how pleasant this one was- and yes- even I can eat my way through even that...
-we had someone shoot through a window on the third floor- the bedroom next to my youngest daughter- on the night of my first dinner party that I've thrown in years
-I'm on the rag and am exhausted- you can guess what that does to someone who already has low iron

so enough whining- I'll return in full force next week!!!  Am doing my labs this week or next...we'll see what the Doc says and if I don't like it- I'm changing!!!
