Hey Holly! How ya feeling?
Did you have a UTI?
I work out 3 days a week.. sometimes 5... just depends on my work schedule. I usually work out for a hour. If Im lifting weights, I only do 20 mintues of cardio.
I have to eat something little before I go.. I usually eat like a banana or fiber bar.

Hey Steph - Please know that we are here for you and my prayers are going out to you. It's very easy to fall back to food for comfort, you are not alone in this. I know you can beat this Stephanie. You have done wonderful. Look at you girlfriend!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm still holding steady at 121-123. I've been documenting for the last few months my weight and I know that I can sometime**** 125 2 weeks before my period, so it must be when I'm ovulating. It always scares me but within a few days it goes back down again. Amazing how a few extra pounds can make your clothes too tight.
