WOW... am I late! LOL

I weighed in at 139lbs.. That's down from I think 142?  Who knows... I use to juggle between  142-147lbs.. Now Im juggling between 137-142... Don't know what's up with that!

Feeling good from Iowa!

Hey Suz... Give yourself a window... My weight changes on a daily basis... I actually have told myself NEVER over 148lbs... Maintained that goal for 9 months now!

Have a good one girls!!!

The same thing happened with me...I dropped some weight (about 3-4#) for no good reason. Now, I don't want to give it back, though it doesn't really seem to want to come back! lol. I do have a window, and an upper limit of 145...but I don't like it at all. I would look fine at a higher weight, but I just don't like seeing those numbers at all!!! It's all in my head.

I hear ya Suz....  I just asked Tony if i eat alot?  I feel like i eat alot.. My mind plays MAJOR games with me!

By the way Tony said i don't eat a 3rd of what I did....

I pretty much eat anything tho.. exceptions of ice cream...cakes.. alot of bread..

But I think protein first... But really eat what I want. Just can't tolerate some of it or eat alot like I use to.  I love this tool!!

Just glad there is other people like me!!!

I feel like I am eating all.of.the.time. And honestly, I am. I just can't eat a lot at one sitting...thank goodness I have been blessed with great restriction. My husband, Damon, is constantly complaining how I "never eat enough"..but I feel like a little pig most days. He's still not used to how much I eat now. I definitely eat anything I want, though I am still not brave enough to try regular ice cream...protein ice cream is good enough for me. But, anything else is fair game in small portions.
In fact, we are in Tahoe right now for a seminar for my dh's job. Last night we had fillet Mignon, mashed potatoes, baby carrots and asparagus, with a caramelized onion gravy....omg...yum! Then for dessert, so kind of strawberry mousse...it was okay. I ate about half of everything. No problems at all. Right now, I'm sipping a Sierra Mist...bad girl I know...but this is my first full can of soda in 2 years! The scary part is that I didn't check to see if it was diet...it's not. 39 grams of sugar!!!! Holy crap...it's a good thing that I have to take little sips...it's taken two hours to drink 2/3 of a can. I think I'm done now that I've seen the the sugar and calories. lol.
It feels so good to be "normal" again. If I could just ignore the scale, I'd be golden.

I "think" I can eat whatever I want, but I am scared to death to try it. Just last weekend I ate my first sandwhich since surgery. It was heaven. I used low cal bread, thinly sliced turkey breast, lettuce, tomatoe, pickle and just a dab of FF Mayo. OMG it was really good. Probably beccause I haven't had a sandwich in a year and a half I'm betting. I was able to eat a good portion of it though. I'd say about 3/4 of it, but the bread was super thin. Does that sound like too much??

Enjoy your time in Tahoe you brat! I'd be putting down that Sierra Mist though and opting for a Long Island Iced Tea !

Janie-
Totally don't worry- I've been eating sandwiches for about a year and can eat a whole one without problems.  I'm sure you're fine!!!  :)
