I had a rough week. I am 134 pounds- up quite a bit from 124. The cooler weather is starting to motivate me though- those pants are a lot smaller than my shorts and I'm not buying new stuff again!!!
Anybody having hair issues (falling out) again?
I have a dinner Saturday night and my dress doesn't fit- so it should be a good week for me- I wonder how much I can lose in 5 days... I know pathetic- never thought I'd be going through this again!!! YUCK!!!

Hey Holly...I haven't had a problem with hair falling out, but I would wonder if you are/have been low on protein recently? Other than the normal cycle that hair goes through, stress, surgery, recent birth, or low protein are the only common causes that I know of for excess hair loss. I hope it doesn't get to be too bad.
Good luck with that dress...I'm sure that you'll get into it by Saturday. I'm always amazed how easily I can drop weight if I'm really trying.

HI Holly.... I've been 140-145lbs since Jan. I NEVER really had a WT. goal... I always had a size goal and that was a size 8 pants and M shirts... and I met them! I can buy SOME 6's....
Your wt. will come off easier than a person without WLS. I have a friend gain back 60lbs.after WLS And she just lost it all in 4 months time, going back to basics and walking.
As far as your hair falling out.... I would say your not eating enough protein!!
Keep positive and forcused!!

I have been busy (and need to be more busy) studying...nothing new there. Holding fairly steady...
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 139.2
Today: 139.8
I think that I may be on an upswing with my weight, though...my stomach has been growling for the last couple of days, telling me to eat-eat-eat!! I've been good, but wonder if I can hold out long enough for this to pass as it usually does.
Alright ladies...make it a great week!! I'm off to run errands before the kids come home from school.

150 was my goal, 145 was my ideal low...but no lower. Now that I've dropped below that...my brain freaks out at the idea of going back up to 145. I'm in a bit of a pickle now. I'm thinking that maybe after I have plastics I will attempt to settle back at 145...since I will gain all that weight from swellling I'm hoping that my brain can handle it under those cir****tancesand get used to it. Short of that...I guess I'm just crazy in the meantime and waiting for the bounce back weight gain. Thanks for the response, Janie...it helps to know that someone will take the time to tell me if I'm completely off my rocker or not! ;o)

Suz - yeah, I'm off my rocker too. lol! I am just like you, although I know if I got up to 130 I would still be within normal range, but I would totally freak out. Sounds like your head is playing games with you right? If you're eating and staying the same weight pretty much, I think that might be the weight that your body wants to stay at.
Oh the swelling after PS. That will mess w/ your head big time. I went up to 145 lbs. That's over 20 lbs!!!!!! It took a good 8 weeks to lose it all, but the swelling went down. Get this though, they removed 4 lbs of skin from my tummy, now don't you think when it's all said and done that if I went in at 123-124 lbs I would somehow get to 119??? I have only seen that # one time on my scale. I think where I am w/ my weight is where my body wants to be. I can eat little or a lot (no exercise or exercise) and it seems like I'm settled here @ 121-123, which is totally fine with me. Never in a million years would I have thought that I could get down in my 120's. I met my dh when I was 140 lbs (remember I'm only 5'2) and I always said I would be thrilled if I could just make it in the 140's.
I am a little obsessive in regards to my weight and the scale, but I think that's what is going to help me succeed for the rest of my life. At least that's what I'm hoping. lol!
